  • Bryan Cady, Director

    Bryan Cady, Director

    Bryan Cady is the Co-Founder & Broker of DEN Property Group, is a native Texan and has a 5-year professional degree in architecture from The University of Texas at Austin School of Architecture. He recently served on the board of Art Alliance Austin and has served a 4-year tenure as a board member of the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and on other boards including Zach Scott Theatre, Austin Board of Realtors (ABoR) and the City of Austin Downtown Commission.

  • Jonny Rodgers, Director

    Jonny Rodgers, Director

    Jonny Rodgers is a Partner of DEN Property Group and a native Austinite. He earned his B.A. Degree in Communications at Texas Christian University with Honors and was recognized in 2015 as the Real Estate Professional and overall Austinite of the Year at the Austin Under 40 Awards based upon his community involvement including: Founder & Past President of The Austin Young Chamber, Board Member of the Young Mens Business League, Founding Board Member of the CK Youth Organization

  • Kelly Porter, Director

    Kelly Porter, Director

    Kelly Porter is the CFO of DEN Property Group, is a native Texan and earned her Bachelor in Real Estate Finance at The University of Texas at Austin. Kelly is proud to call Austin home, where she resides with her husband and three children. Kelly has been instrumental in organizing and securing support for all of DEN’s philanthropic efforts. In her spare time, Kelly loves traveling and all things active including volleyball, soccer, lifting, and soaking up the outdoors.

    Bailey Tipps

    Bailey Tipps is a Partner of DEN Property Group and graduated from Texas A&M University. Bailey married the love of his life Margaret, and they have three children together.

  • Wil Steakley

    Will Steakley

    Native Austin entrepreneur Will Steakley is the Co-Founder of DEN Property Group. Steakley. His community involvement includes: Westlake Alumni Association (founders circle), Downtown Austin Neighborhood Association (DANA), Downtown Austin Alliance (DAA), Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), Preservation Austin Member, Austin Music People, Bouldin Creek Neighborhood Association and Austin Young Chamber.

  • Kristin Armenia

    Kristin Armenia

    Kristin is the Director of Developer Relations of DEN Property Group. She attended the University of Florida, received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Acting from Marymount Manhattan College and further pursued a career as a professional actress and producer in New York and Los Angeles. Kristin still has a love for theater & film and passionately supports the arts.
